Our journey: building trust and expertise

Next Staffing Group did not start as a staffing company. It started as a logistics and supply-chain business that our founder, Brent Staton, scaled to $25 million — in large part by building exceptional offshore teams when most of his peers were convinced it couldn't be done well.

That experience taught us where offshore hiring actually breaks: not in the talent, which is abundant, but in the vetting, the compliance, the payroll, and the day-to-day management that most businesses are not set up to handle from another country. NSG exists to remove exactly those failure points. We have lived the operator's side of the table, so we built the firm we wish we'd had — and we bring that hard-won expertise to every client we serve.
